Cepheid, a Danaher operating company, is hiring a Senior IT Portfolio & Governance Lead to drive IT portfolio governance, demand intake, prioritization, and reporting across the IT organization. This remote role is based in the USA and partners with IT leadership, project managers, and resource managers to ensure governance excellence and data integrity.

The position requires a Bachelor's degree and 5+ years in PMO/portfolio governance, with proficiency in Microsoft 365 tools and strong

Qualifications

5+ years of PMO operations, portfolio governance, or related functions.
3-5 years of experience with project/portfolio management methodologies.
Experience preparing portfolio reports, governance materials, dashboards, and executive presentations.
Strong analytical, communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.
Proficiency with Microsoft 365 tools (Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, Teams, Copilot).

Responsibilities

Support and improve IT portfolio governance processes (demand intake, prioritization, reporting).
Maintain portfolio data integrity and governance visibility; prepare reports and dashboards.
Support PMO process adoption and operational excellence through governance practices and communication.
Develop and maintain PMO tools, templates, and governance artifacts.
Provide guidance and training on PMO processes, tools, and methodologies.
