Job summary

Outdoor Living Supply LLC is seeking a hands-on Manager, IT Operations to oversee technology infrastructure, outsourced IT support, and service providers across multiple locations. The role emphasizes reliability, security, and scalable IT services to support growth.

You will lead IT operations, manage MSPs, and work with the CIO to align technology with business objectives, while maintaining efficient costs and strong governance. Remote work is available with periodic travel to sites.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in IT including operations, infrastructure and leadership.
• Strong knowledge of enterprise networking, cloud, M365, identity management.
• Experience managing outsourced IT services and vendors.
• Experience in incident management and service delivery improvement.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred; relevant certifications are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee reliability, security, and efficiency across locations.
• Manage networks, Wi‑Fi, servers, cloud infrastructure, and telecom.
• Oversee Microsoft 365, identity management, collaboration tools, and MSPs.
• Identify risks and drive improvements for reliability and scalability.
• Lead initiatives with PM, internal teams, and external providers.
• Maintain vendor performance and service standards.
• Support incident coordination and escalation with teams.
• Advise CIO on planning, budgeting, and cost efficiency.
