Job summary

Outdoor Living Supply LLC seeks an experienced Manager, IT Operations to lead technology infrastructure, outsourced IT support, and service providers. The role focuses on reliability, security, and scalable IT solutions across locations.

You will oversee Microsoft 365, identity management, and third-party IT services, driving improvements and effective incident handling. A hands-on leader with strong collaboration will thrive in this remote role with domestic travel.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in IT with operations, infrastructure, service delivery, and leadership.
• Experience managing outsourced IT services and third-party vendors.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred; relevant certifications are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee reliability, security, and efficiency of networks, cloud, and servers across locations.
• Manage outsourced IT support and MSP relationships with defined service levels.
• Lead infrastructure initiatives with cross-functional teams and external providers.
• Develop service standards and reporting to highlight issues and improvements.
• Support incident coordination and escalation with IT teams.
