Job summary

Outdoor Living Supply LLC seeks an experienced Manager, IT Operations to lead technology infrastructure, outsourced IT services, and service providers. This role emphasizes reliability, security, and efficiency across a growing network of locations.

You will guide technical teams, partner with the CIO, and drive improvements to support employees and business growth. Remote work with periodic travel is expected.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in IT operations, infrastructure, and leadership.
• Experience with multi-location support and outsourced IT services.
• Strong knowledge of enterprise networking, cloud infrastructure, and MS 365.

Responsibilities

• Oversee networks, Wi-Fi, servers, cloud infra, and telecom across locations.
• Manage outsourced IT providers and vendors with service delivery oversight.
• Lead security measures and collaborate with CISO on risk mitigation.
• Drive process improvements, incident management, and cost efficiencies.
