Qualifications

• 10+ years in progressive IT roles including operations, infrastructure, and leadership.
• Experience overseeing outsourced IT services and MSPs.
• Strong incident management, service delivery, and performance measurement.
• Ability to influence stakeholders and drive accountability across teams.

Responsibilities

• Oversee performance, reliability, and availability of networks, servers, cloud infrastructure, and telecom across locations.
• Manage outsourced IT services, MSPs, and third-party vendors with service level oversight.
• Identify risks, coordinate improvements for reliability and scalability, and lead infrastructure initiatives.
• Provide technical guidance and hands-on problem solving when needed.
• Develop and report on service standards, issues, and improvement opportunities.
• Support incident coordination and escalation with teams responsible for individual systems.
