Job summary

Outdoor Living Supply LLC is seeking an experienced Manager of IT Operations to oversee our technology infrastructure and outsourced IT support. This role requires hands‑on leadership to improve service delivery and reliability across all locations, while shaping technology improvements that support our growing business.

The role includes managing networks, cloud infrastructure, Microsoft 365, and security with third‑party providers, and advising the CIO on cost and efficiency opportunities.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in IT with operations, infrastructure, and leadership.
• Broad networking, cloud, Microsoft 365, identity management knowledge.
• Experience managing outsourced IT services and third-party vendors.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred; relevant certifications are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee networks, Wi‑Fi, servers, cloud infra, and telecom across locations.
• Manage Microsoft 365, identity management, and collaboration tools with third‑party providers.
• Lead infrastructure initiatives with PMs, internal teams, and external providers.
• Set service expectations and monitor vendor performance; hold providers accountable.
• Advise the CIO on planning, vendor performance, investments, and cost improvements.
• Build cross‑functional IT‑business relationships to drive improvements and accountability.
