Job summary

Outdoor Living Supply LLC is seeking a hands-on Manager, IT Operations to oversee our technology infrastructure, outsourced IT support, and service providers. You’ll drive reliability, security, and efficiency across our locations while shaping improvements that support growth.

You’ll combine technical depth with operational leadership, managing Microsoft 365, identity management, and vendor relationships. This remote role requires strong communication and a proactive approach to incident

Qualifications

• Over 10 years of progressive IT experience including operations, infrastructure, and leadership.
• Experience managing outsourced IT services, MSPs, and third‑party vendors.
• Strong incident management, service delivery, and performance measurement skills.
• Ability to influence stakeholders, drive accountability, and lead cross‑team initiatives without direct reporting lines.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred; equivalent experience considered.

Responsibilities

• Oversee performance, reliability, and availability of networks, servers, cloud, and telecommunications across all locations.
• Provide operational oversight of Microsoft 365, identity management, collaboration tools, and IT systems managed by third parties.
• Identify risks and coordinate improvements to reliability, efficiency, and scalability.
• Lead infrastructure initiatives with project teams and external providers.
• Establish service standards and monitor vendor/service desk performance.
• Support incident coordination and escalation with responsible teams.
• Improve support processes, automation, and self‑service to boost productivity.
• Advise CIO on planning, vendor performance, and cost efficiency.
