Job summary

Outdoor Living Supply LLC is seeking an experienced Manager, IT Operations to oversee our technology infrastructure, outsourced IT support, and service providers. This hands-on role focuses on reliability, security, and service delivery across all locations.

Key responsibilities include managing networks, cloud infrastructure, Microsoft 365, identity management, and incident response, while partnering with vendors and internal teams to drive continuous improvements.

Qualifications

• 10+ years progressive IT experience in operations, infrastructure, and leadership.

Responsibilities

• Oversee reliability, security, and efficiency of networks, Wi‑Fi, internet, servers, cloud infra, and telecom across locations.
• Provide operational oversight of Microsoft 365, identity management, collaboration tools, and third-party IT providers.
• Identify infrastructure risks and coordinate improvements for reliability and scalability.
• Lead infrastructure initiatives with project management and external providers.
• Manage relationships with MSPs, outsourced IT, SaaS admins, and security providers.
• Establish service expectations and monitor vendor performance; ensure timely support.
• Develop service standards and reporting on quality issues and improvements.
• Support incident coordination and escalation with teams responsible for systems.
• Advise CIO on planning, vendor performance, and cost-efficiency opportunities.
• Foster collaboration across IT and business to drive improvements.
