Job summary

Outdoor Living Supply LLC is seeking an experienced Manager of IT Operations to lead our technology infrastructure, outsourcing relationships, and service delivery across our locations. You will blend technical expertise with operational leadership to keep systems secure, reliable, and efficient while guiding technology improvements to support growth.

Ideal candidates have 10+ years in IT operations, strong MS 365 and cloud experience, and a proven ability to influence stakeholders and manage

Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive IT experience including operations, infrastructure, service delivery, and leadership.
• Broad knowledge of enterprise networking, cloud infrastructure, Microsoft 365, identity management, and operations.
• Experience managing outsourced IT services, MSPs, and third-party technology vendors.
• Strong incident management, service delivery, and performance measurement focus.
• Ability to evaluate technical recommendations, challenge vendors, and align with business needs.

Responsibilities

• Oversee performance, reliability, and availability of networks, Wi‑Fi, internet, servers, cloud infrastructure, and telecommunications across locations.
• Provide operational oversight of Microsoft 365, identity management, collaboration tools, and IT systems managed by third parties.
• Identify risks and coordinate improvements to strengthen reliability, efficiency, and scalability.
• Lead infrastructure initiatives with PMs, internal teams, and external providers.
• Guide and participate in troubleshooting and problem resolution as needed.
• Manage relationships with MSPs, outsourced IT, SaaS administrators, security providers, and consultants.
• Establish service expectations and monitor vendor performance; hold providers accountable.
