Job summary

Outdoor Living Supply LLC is seeking a Manager, IT Operations to lead our technology infrastructure, outsourced IT support, and service providers. You’ll ensure reliable networks, cloud services, and Microsoft 365 across locations while driving improvements to efficiency and costs.

The role requires a hands‑on technical leader with 10+ years in IT operations, strong vendor management, incident response, and collaboration with business teams and the CIO to shape technology strategy.

Qualifications

• At least 10 years of progressive IT experience including IT operations, infrastructure, service delivery, and technical leadership.
• Strong knowledge of enterprise networking, cloud infrastructure, and Microsoft 365.
• Experience managing outsourced IT services and vendors; security awareness is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee networks, Wi‑Fi, internet connectivity, servers, cloud infrastructure, and telecommunications across locations.
• Provide operational oversight of Microsoft 365, identity management, and third-party IT management systems.
• Manage outsourced IT services, vendors, and service desk performance.
• Coordinate incident management, reporting, and continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with CIO on planning, investments, and cost efficiency.
