Job summary

Outdoor Living Supply LLC seeks an experienced Manager, IT Operations to oversee networks, cloud infrastructure, Microsoft 365, identity management, and IT service delivery across multiple locations. This hands-on leader drives reliability, security, and efficiency while partnering with internal teams and external providers.

You will guide incident response, vendor management, and continuous improvement initiatives, reporting to the CIO and shaping technology strategy for a growing wholesale

Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive IT experience including IT operations, infrastructure, service delivery and leadership.
• Broad knowledge of enterprise networking, cloud infrastructure, Microsoft 365, identity management and operations.
• Experience managing outsourced IT services, MSPs and third-party vendors.
• Strong incident management, service delivery metrics and operational improvement expertise.
• Ability to evaluate technical recommendations, challenge vendors, and drive decisions based on business needs.

Responsibilities

• Oversee performance, reliability and availability of networks, Wi‑Fi, servers, cloud infrastructure and telecommunications across locations.
• Manage outsourced IT support, MSPs, SaaS administrators, and security providers.
• Identify risks and coordinate improvements for reliability and scalability.
• Lead infrastructure initiatives with PMs, internal teams and providers.
• Provide guidance and hands-on troubleshooting when needed.
• Establish service expectations and monitor provider performance.
