Job summary

OUTDOOR LIVING SUPPLY LLC is seeking a hands‑on Manager, IT Operations to oversee our technology infrastructure and outsourced IT support across locations. You will balance technical leadership with operational oversight to keep services reliable, secure, and efficient for employees.

You will partner with MSPs, SaaS admins, and security providers while advising the CIO on planning and cost optimization. A strong focus on service delivery and cross‑team collaboration is essential.

Qualifications

• At least 10 years of IT experience including operations, infrastructure and leadership.
• Broad knowledge of enterprise networking, cloud, M365 and identity management.
• Experience managing outsourced IT services and third-party vendors.
• Understanding of incident management, service delivery and operational improvement.

Responsibilities

• Oversee networks, Wi‑Fi, internet, servers, cloud and telecoms across locations.
• Manage Microsoft 365, identity management and collaboration tools with third parties.
• Identify risks and coordinate improvements for reliability and efficiency.
• Lead infrastructure initiatives with PM, IT teams, and providers.
• Manage relationships with MSPs, outsourced IT, SaaS admins, security vendors.
• Set service expectations and monitor vendor performance for timely support.
• Develop service standards and reporting on quality and issues.
• Support incident coordination with responsible teams.
• Work with the CISO and security providers on security measures.
• Advise CIO on planning, vendor performance and cost optimization.
• Build cross‑functional relationships to drive IT improvements.
