Job summary

Outdoor Living Supply LLC is seeking a seasoned Manager, IT Operations to oversee technology infrastructure, outsourced IT support, and service providers. You will ensure reliability, security, and efficiency across all locations while guiding improvements to support growth.

The role requires strong leadership, extensive IT operations experience, and collaboration with vendors and internal teams to align technology with business goals.

Qualifications

• At least 10 years of progressive IT experience including IT operations, infrastructure, service delivery, and leadership.
• Broad technical knowledge of enterprise networking, cloud infrastructure, Microsoft 365, identity management, and technology operations.
• Demonstrated experience managing outsourced IT services, managed service providers, and third-party vendors.
• Strong understanding of incident management, service delivery, performance measurement, and operational improvement.

Responsibilities

• Oversee performance, reliability, and availability of networks, Wi-Fi, internet, servers, cloud infra, and telecoms across locations.
• Provide operational oversight of Microsoft 365, identity management, collaboration tools, and IT management systems via third parties.
• Identify infrastructure risks, coordinate improvements to strengthen reliability, efficiency, and scalability.
• Lead infrastructure initiatives with project management, internal teams, and external providers.
• Manage relationships with MSPs, outsourced IT, SaaS admins, security providers, and tech consultants.
• Establish service expectations, monitor vendor/service desk performance, and hold providers accountable.
• Develop service standards and reports highlighting quality, recurring issues, and improvement opportunities.
• Support incident coordination and escalation with teams responsible for individual systems.
• Partner with virtual CISO and security vendors to implement effective security measures.
• Advise CIO on technology planning, vendor performance, and cost/investment opportunities.
• Build cross-functional relationships to drive improvements through collaboration and accountability.
