Job summary

Outdoor Living Supply LLC is seeking an experienced Manager, IT Operations to lead our technology infrastructure, outsourced IT support, and service providers. This hands-on leader will ensure reliable, secure, and scalable IT across all locations while driving continuous improvements in service delivery.

The role requires a strategic yet practical technologist who can partner with the CIO and business teams.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in IT operations, infrastructure, service delivery, and technical leadership.

Responsibilities

• Oversee performance, reliability, and availability of networks, Wi-Fi, servers, cloud infrastructure, and telecoms across locations.
• Provide operational oversight of Microsoft 365, identity management, collaboration tools, and IT systems managed by third parties.
• Identify and coordinate improvements to strengthen reliability, efficiency, and scalability.
• Lead infrastructure initiatives with project teams and external providers.
• Manage relationships with MSPs, outsourced IT, SaaS admins, and security providers.
• Set service expectations, monitor vendor performance, and hold providers accountable for support.
• Develop service standards and reporting on quality, issues, and improvements.
• Support incident coordination and escalation with responsible teams.
• Advise CIO on planning, vendor performance, investments, and cost efficiency.
• Foster collaboration across IT and business units to drive improvements.

Education

Bachelor’s degree (preferred)
