Job summary

Outdoor Living Supply LLC is seeking an experienced Manager, IT Operations for remote work across the United States. You will oversee networks, cloud infra, and Microsoft 365, while managing outsourced IT services and security partners to ensure reliable, secure operations across locations.

You will lead improvements, coordinate with the CIO on planning and cost optimization, and build strong cross‑functional relationships to support scalable technology for a growing wholesale distributor.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in IT ops, infrastructure, service delivery, and leadership.
• Broad networking, cloud, Microsoft 365 and identity management knowledge.
• Experience managing outsourced IT services and vendors.

Responsibilities

• Oversee networks, Wi‑Fi, servers, cloud infra, and telecom reliability.
• Lead outsourced IT services and vendor relationships with MSPs and providers.
• Set service standards, monitor performance, and drive improvements.
• Advise CIO on planning, costs, and investments.
• Collaborate across IT and business to drive operational efficiency.
