Job summary

OUTDOOR LIVING SUPPLY LLC is seeking a seasoned Manager, IT Operations to lead the technology infrastructure and outsourced IT support for a growing wholesale distribution network across the United States.

You will oversee networks, cloud services, Microsoft 365, identity management, and service providers while driving reliability, security, and efficiency in a remote-capable role. This position reports to the CIO and emphasizes collaboration and proactive problem-solving.

Qualifications

• At least 10 years of progressive IT experience across operations, infrastructure, service delivery and leadership.
• Broad technical knowledge of enterprise networking, cloud infrastructure, Microsoft 365, identity management, and operations.
• Experience managing outsourced IT services, MSPs, and third‑party vendors.
• Strong incident management, service delivery, performance measurement, and operational improvement.
• Ability to influence stakeholders and drive accountability across teams.

Responsibilities

• Oversee performance, reliability, and availability of networks, Wi‑Fi, internet, servers, cloud infra, and telecom across all locations.
• Provide operational oversight of Microsoft 365, identity management, collaboration tools, and IT management systems with third‑party providers.
• Identify risks and recurring issues; coordinate improvements for reliability, efficiency, and scalability.
• Lead infra initiatives with PMs, internal teams, and external providers.
• Manage relationships with MSPs, outsourced IT, SaaS admins, security providers, and tech consultants.
• Establish service expectations; monitor vendor performance and ensure timely support.
• Develop service standards and reporting on quality, issues, and improvements.
• Support incident coordination and escalation with teams responsible for systems.
• Improve support processes, automation, and self‑service to boost productivity.
• Advise CIO on planning, vendor performance, investments, and cost efficiency.
