Job summary

Outdoor Living Supply is seeking an experienced Manager, IT Operations to oversee technology infrastructure, outsourced IT support, and service providers across locations. The role combines hands-on leadership with strategic planning to improve reliability, security, and service delivery for employees.

Responsibilities include managing networks, cloud services, Microsoft 365, identity management, and vendor relationships; leading initiatives with internal teams and external partners; and

Qualifications

• At least 10 years of progressive IT experience across IT operations, infrastructure, and service delivery.
• Broad knowledge of enterprise networking, cloud infrastructure, Microsoft 365, identity management, and technology operations.
• Experience managing outsourced IT services, MSPs and third-party technology vendors.
• Strong understanding of incident management, service delivery, performance measurement, and operational improvement.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred, with equivalent experience; relevant IT certifications are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee performance, reliability, and availability of networks, Wi‑Fi, internet, servers, and cloud infrastructure.
• Provide operational oversight of Microsoft 365, identity management, collaboration tools, and IT management systems.
• Identify infrastructure risks and coordinate improvements for reliability, efficiency, and scalability.
• Lead infrastructure initiatives with project management, internal teams, and external providers.
• Manage relationships with MSPs, outsourced IT support, SaaS admins, security providers, and consultants.
• Establish service expectations and monitor vendor performance.
• Develop service standards and reporting on quality, issues, and improvements.
• Support incident coordination and escalation with responsible teams.
• Advise the CIO on planning, vendor performance, investments, and cost efficiency.
• Build productive relationships across IT and the business to drive improvements.
