Outdoor Living Supply LLC is seeking an experienced Manager, IT Operations to oversee technology infrastructure, outsourced IT support, and service providers. The role is hands-on and strategic, coordinating across locations and.getenv to ensure reliable and secure services.

You will lead modernization and optimization efforts, manage relationships with MSPs and vendors, and advise the CIO on cost-efficient technology planning.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive IT experience including operations, infrastructure, and leadership.
• Broad knowledge of enterprise networking, cloud, Microsoft 365, identity management, and IT operations.
• Experience managing outsourced IT services, MSPs, and third-party vendors.
• Strong understanding of incident management, service delivery, performance measurement, and operational improvement.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred, with equivalent experience accepted; IT certifications are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee reliability, security, and efficiency of IT services across locations.
• Manage networks, Wi‑Fi, internet connectivity, servers, cloud, and telecommunications.
• Oversee Microsoft 365, identity management, collaboration tools, and MSP/admin platforms.
• Identify risks, coordinate improvements, and drive reliability and scalability.
• Lead infrastructure initiatives with PM, internal teams, and external providers.
• Manage relationships with MSPs, outsourced IT support, SaaS admins, security providers, and consultants.
• Set service expectations, monitor vendor performance, and enforce accountability.
• Develop service standards and reporting on quality, issues, and opportunities.
• Support incident coordination and escalation with responsible teams.
