Job summary

Outdoor Living Supply is seeking a hands‑on Manager, IT Operations to oversee our technology infrastructure, outsourced IT support, and service providers.

You will lead reliability, security, and efficiency across locations, collaborate with internal teams and vendors, and advise on cost optimization and strategic planning. This remote role offers a competitive base salary and performance incentives.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of IT experience including operations, infrastructure and leadership.
• Broad knowledge of enterprise networking, cloud infrastructure, Microsoft 365, identity management.
• Experience managing outsourced IT services, MSPs, and third‑party vendors.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the reliability, security, and efficiency of networks, Wi‑Fi, internet, servers, cloud, and telecommunications across all locations.
• Provide operational oversight of Microsoft 365, identity management, collaboration tools, and IT management systems with third‑party providers.
• Identify risks and coordinate improvements to strengthen reliability, scalability, and service delivery.
• Lead infrastructure initiatives in partnership with PM, internal teams, and external providers.
• Manage relationships with MSPs, outsourced IT support, SaaS admins, security providers, and technology consultants.
• Set service expectations, monitor vendor performance, and hold providers accountable for timely support.
• Develop service standards and reporting highlighting quality, recurring issues, and improvement opportunities.
• Support incident coordination and escalation with teams responsible for each system.
• Advise CIO on planning, vendor performance, and cost optimization.
