Job summary

Blueprint Technologies is seeking an IT Operations & Case Management Specialist to support capacity operations in a remote, nationwide setting. You will manage incoming requests via a case system, validate details, and ensure timely routing to owners.

You will use Excel for data reconciliation, apply Azure fundamentals, and coordinate with capacity owners to close cases while adhering to established procedures.

Qualifications

• Associate or bachelor's degree required.
• 2–4 years in operations coordination or service desk roles.
• 2+ years using ticketing/case management systems.
• 2+ years advanced Excel (lookup, pivots, reconciliation).
• 1+ year familiarity with Microsoft Azure fundamentals.

Responsibilities

• Review and triage capacity requests in a case system.
• Validate request details and required information.
• Escalate urgent or complex requests with clear summaries.
• Maintain case records, budgets, and operational docs.
• Prepare weekly metrics on volumes, backlogs, and escalations.
