• Triage, validate, and route requests to appropriate owners while maintaining accurate records.
• Prepare weekly metrics on request volumes, backlogs, and escalations.
• Review and validate request details, including identifiers, SKUs, regions, and core counts.
• Resolve routine cases following documented procedures and escalate complex issues.
