You will collaborate with capacity owners and account teams to track actions and ensure smooth operations across AI, cloud, data, and product development.

• 2–4 years of experience in operations coordination or case management.
• At least 2 years using ticketing systems and advanced Microsoft Excel.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Azure fundamentals and strong analytical skills.

Responsabilidades

• Support infrastructure capacity operations by managing incoming requests through a case tracking system.
• Triage, validate, and route requests to appropriate owners while maintaining accurate records.
• Prepare weekly metrics on request volumes, backlogs, and escalations.
• Review and validate request details, including identifiers, SKUs, regions, and core counts.
• Resolve routine cases following documented procedures and escalate complex issues.
• Coordinate with account teams and capacity owners to track outstanding actions.
