Job summary

Cadence is a clinical AI company automating chronic disease care and expanding its distributed remote workforce through scalable IT operations. The IT Operations Administrator will manage endpoint support, identity and access, SaaS administration, and onboarding/offboarding.

You will own complex issues end-to-end, leveraging automation and AI-assisted tools to reduce manual work, improve reliability, and keep employees productive and secure.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in IT operations, systems administration, endpoint management, or technical support.
• Hands-on macOS and iOS/iPadOS support with remote troubleshooting and endpoint administration.
• Experience with Iru/Kandji, Jamf or similar MDM platform.
• Experience administering Okta, Google Workspace and other SaaS apps with SSO and lifecycle management.
• Ability to own complex IT issues and improvements end-to-end, including testing and validation.
• Experience building scripts/workflows to reduce repetitive work; familiarity with Bash or Python preferred.
• Clear written and verbal communication in a distributed, fast-paced environment; able to explain tech to non-tech staff.
• Experience using AI-assisted tools to improve IT workflows with data sensitivity and validation.

Responsibilities

• Own employee technology support from investigation to verified resolution across Slack, tickets, and remote sessions.
• Manage employee technology lifecycle: onboarding, role changes, leaves, offboarding; coordinate access changes.
• Administer endpoints via MDM platforms; own software deployments, OS updates, device health, and compliance.
• Maintain day-to-day administration of Okta, Google Workspace, Slack, Zoom, and related SaaS platforms; manage configurations and integrations.
• Maintain inventories, conduct access reviews, and ensure least-privilege access with proper ownership.
• Build, test, and maintain scripts/workflows; apply AI-assisted tooling with monitoring and failure handling.
• Identify recurring issues, drive improvements, and coordinate with IT Eng, Security, People, and business teams.
