Job summary

Cadence is a clinical AI company delivering care at scale. We’re hiring a Software Engineer to build the core of Cadence’s remote patient monitoring platform, enabling clinicians to monitor millions of patients across the U.S.

and improve outcomes. You will design, implement, and maintain backend services, work in a fast-paced startup environment, and participate in a six-week delivery cycle with a focus on scalable, well-architected features.

Qualifications

• 2+ years as a backend or fullstack software engineer.
• Golang experience is a plus.
• Experience in a high-growth startup environment preferred.
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS or Google Cloud) and relational DBs such as Postgres or MySQL.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain services for the Cadence platform.
• Improve engineering standards, tooling, and processes on a rapidly growing team.
• Collaborate with product owners, internal stakeholders, and customers to determine solutions.
