Job description

Join to apply for the Growth Operations Associate role at Cadence.

Across the United States, 6 in 10 adults – or 133 million Americans – live with one or more chronic conditions. Chronic disease is today’s leading cause of death and disability in the US and the primary driver of the nation’s $4.1 trillion in annual healthcare costs. Patients with chronic conditions require frequent touchpoints, which primary care physicians often cannot provide, leading to preventable health emergencies and costly ER visits. Workforce shortages and lack of technology hinder the delivery of necessary attention.

At Cadence, our mission is to deliver life-changing care to over one million patients living with chronic disease by the end of the decade. We utilize technology and a top-tier clinical team to remotely monitor, manage, and support patients at home. In partnership with our expanding network of health system collaborators, we currently deliver guideline-directed care to tens of thousands of patients, achieving excellent clinical outcomes.

The Cadence Solutions team seeks an Operations Associate for our Growth Operations team. This role provides vital support for daily operations, including program implementation, process improvement, project management, root cause analysis, gap analysis, and cross-functional collaboration. You will become an expert in processes critical to our success, including revenue cycle operations, growth initiatives, and care delivery.

WHAT YOU’LL DO:

  • Assist with Manual Processes:
  • Learn and execute manual processes supporting various healthcare growth initiatives.
  • Collaborate to streamline workflows and improve operational efficiency.
  • Identify automation opportunities and optimize processes.
  • Support New Implementation Activities:
  • Help plan and execute program implementations, ensuring readiness and compliance with healthcare standards.
  • Coordinate with teams to facilitate smooth rollouts and post-implementation support.
  • Process Mapping and Improvement:
  • Lead efforts to document and improve processes.
  • Propose enhancements to boost efficiency, quality, and compliance.
  • Support Data Modeling and Forecasting:
  • Assist in analyzing data and developing predictive models to inform strategy.
  • Work with data teams to leverage insights for growth and operational excellence.

WHAT YOU’LL NEED:

  • Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, or related field.
  • 1-3 years of experience in operations management and process improvement.
  • Interest or experience in the healthcare industry.
  • Basic analytical skills and willingness to learn data analysis techniques.
  • Detail-oriented with problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration abilities.
  • Proficiency with Excel; healthcare software experience is a plus.
  • Knowledge of Lean Six Sigma principles.

WHAT YOU’LL GET:

  • A culture focused on impact, growth, empowerment, and integrity.
  • The chance to improve lives of millions of Americans.
  • Opportunity to support innovative product development.
  • Competitive salary and quarterly incentives.
  • Comprehensive benefits including insurance, virtual primary care, PTO, 401K, discounts, and remote setup stipend.
  • Expected compensation: $20-25/hour.
