Responsibilities

• IT interns must support the IT team in maintenance of hardware, software and other systems.
• Intern assists more experienced analysts in identifying and facilitating practices and procedures for conversions, updates, and recovery procedures.
• Intern troubleshoots issues with equipment like printers, computers and servers.
• Intern runs software updates and backups when requested.
• Intern may research hosting options and report pricing and system options to supervisors.
• IT interns may participate in development of new desktops, servers or applications.
• Intern assists with call tracking system and records interactions with customers while meeting KPI.
