Job summary

Qualifications

• Current enrollment as junior or senior at an accredited college or university.
• GPA of at least 2.5.
• Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Strong attention to detail and teamwork.
• Multitasking and prioritization abilities; integrity and reliability.

Responsibilities

• IT intern may research unusual bugs or issues the company encounters.
• IT interns must support the IT team in the maintenance of hardware, software and other systems.
• Intern runs software updates, backups when requested.
• Intern may research hosting options and report pricing and system options to supervisors.
• IT interns may participate in the development of new desktops, servers or applications.
• IT intern assists with the call tracking system, recording interactions with customers while meeting KPI.
