Job summary

Navitus Health Solutions is seeking an Analyst, IT Governance to join our team in the United States. The role focuses on developing and maintaining IT policies, procedures, guidelines, and standards in alignment with ITIL best practices.

You will work with developers, business users, IT, and vendors to improve performance, processes, and data health. Responsibilities include ensuring environments meet SLAs, evaluating IT controls, monitoring governance processes, and leading incident and change

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree in computer science or equivalent work experience required.
• ITIL Certification preferred.
• 1–3 years of IT experience.
• Experience leading a team of analysts.
• Experience with IT governance, risk, and compliance.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to gather requirements and document processes.
• Knowledge of ITIL and Agile frameworks.
• After hours support is required.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Ensure all environments are managed and maintained to meet service level agreements.
• Evaluate effectiveness of IT controls to mitigate risks and comply with requirements.
• Monitor IT governance processes and controls to provide recommendations.
• Identify and recommend process improvements to resolve recurring problems.
• Report barriers to resolution of incidents, service requests, problem management and change management.
• Participate in incident response activities with stakeholders.
• Participate in change management assessments to ensure controlled implementation.
• Develop and communicate Major Incident Management processes and delivery.
• After hours support for major outages.
• Other duties as assigned.
