Job summary

Navitus Health Solutions is seeking an Analyst, IT Governance to join our team in Madison, WI. You will develop and maintain IT policies, procedures, and standards in line with ITIL and regulatory requirements, coordinating with developers, business users, IT, and vendors.

The role includes monitoring governance processes, supporting incident and change management, and driving process improvements to enhance efficiency and compliance.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in computer science or equivalent required.
• ITIL certification preferred.
• 1–3 years IT experience.
• After hours support is required.
• Experience leading a team of analysts.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
• Experience with Business Process Mapping.
• Experience eliciting process details with SMEs.
• Proficient in requirements gathering and documentation.
• Ability to prioritize in a high‑pressure environment.
• Knowledge of ITIL and Agile frameworks.
• Commitment to compliant program objectives.

Responsibilities

• Ensure all environments are managed to meet SLAs.
• Evaluate IT controls to mitigate risks and ensure compliance.
• Monitor IT governance processes and provide efficiency improvements.
• Identify and resolve recurring problems with technical and business leads.
• Report barriers to incidents, service requests, and change management.
• Coordinate incident response activities and post‑incident reviews.
• Assess impact of changes on governance policies and controls.
• Develop and communicate Major Incident Management processes.
• Provide after hours support for major outages.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
