MyComputerCareer is seeking an Enrollment Advisor to guide prospective students through the IT training enrollment process, with emphasis on cybersecurity programs. You will conduct consultations, manage funding documentation, and help students start their education journey.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 2+ years of target-driven sales experience in direct sales, agency recruitment/staffing, or outbound B2B/B2C sales.
• Proficiency with CRM platforms (Salesforce preferred) and video presentation tools; ability to analyze conversion metrics.

Responsibilities

• Drive consultative pipeline growth by articulating the value of tech training and delivering compelling presentations.
• Maintain high-volume outreach to move candidates through the sales funnel.
• Exceed enrollment targets, conversion velocity, and KPIs in a fast-paced environment.
• Provide engaging in-person and camera-on consultations to build trust and present programs effectively.
• Support student retention and starts by coordinating with cross-functional teams.
