Regions Bank is seeking a Change Management Analyst to plan and monitor change management projects with limited supervision. The role focuses on implementing internal changes, performing impact analysis, and ensuring compliance with risk management and cybersecurity practices.

The ideal candidate will have IT operations/ITSM experience, knowledge of ITIL practices, and familiarity with ServiceNow. This position is offsite with possible on-site meetings, primarily remote from home, and may

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field and five (5) years of related work experience
• OR High School Diploma or GED and nine (9) years of related work experience
• Experience in IT operations, IT Service Management, production support, technology risk, or related field

Responsibilities

• Recommends and develops strategies for implementing internal changes or responding to external changes
• Performs system design and programming, network planning, budget planning, database management and computer operations
• Works with subject matter experts to understand how change will impact processes and outputs
• Creates and monitors actionable deliverables for project teams
• Completes impact analysis of proposed changes and documents current processes and proposed solutions
• Manages a backlog of operational changes and prioritizes effects
• Informs stakeholders of upcoming changes
• Ensures compliance with risk management programs and cybersecurity practices
• May lead functional teams or projects and provide guidance to junior associates
