The ideal candidate has a Bachelor’s degree with 5+ years of IT operations or change enablement experience, plus familiarity with ITIL, ServiceNow, and governance processes. This is a remote role with preference for proximity to Regions offices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree plus 5 years of related work experience.
• Or high school diploma and 9 years of related work experience.
• Ability to interpret rules and industry guidance.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
• Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of IT governance, risk, and controls.
• Familiarity with ITIL and ServiceNow platforms.

Responsibilities

• Recommends and develops strategies for internal or external changes.
• Performs system design, programming, network and database planning.
• Collaborates with SMEs to assess change impact on processes and outputs.
• Creates and monitors actionable deliverables for project teams.
• Documents impact analysis and proposed solutions.
• Manages a backlog of operational changes and prioritizes effects.
• Informs stakeholders of upcoming changes.
• Ensures compliance with risk management and cybersecurity practices.
• May lead teams or projects and mentor less experienced staff.
