Job summary

KBR is seeking a Change Control Specialist to lead governance and oversight of ITSM changes across enterprise systems. This fully remote role requires active clearance, CONUS residency, and a strong background in Change Management and service desk operations.

You will oversee RFC lifecycle, CAB/ECAB processes, and ensure compliant, auditable change records within ServiceNow and Jira. The position emphasizes collaboration with multi-region teams and alignment with DoD security standards,

Qualifications

• Active U.S. Secret Clearance required.
• Residence within CONUS with secure home office space and reliable internet.
• 5+ years in ITSM with emphasis on formal Change Control/Management.
• Hands‑on background in IT Service Desk operations and incident lifecycle management.
• Proficiency with ServiceNow Change Management and CMDB.
• Proficiency with Jira Service Management service projects and workflows.

Responsibilities

• Schedule, chair, and document weekly Change Advisory Board (CAB) and Emergency Change Advisory Board (ECAB).
• Manage change workflows, templates, dashboards, and approvals in ServiceNow and Jira Service Management.
• Coordinate with Service Desk teams to monitor tickets and align changes with incident management.
