Job summary

Bexar County Information Technology is seeking a Change Management Analyst I to support enterprise IT change and release management, ensuring successful delivery of IT services. You will collaborate with County staff, officials, vendors, and the public to maintain effective relationships and clear communications.

The role requires 1-3 years in change management, familiarity with ITIL/COBIT, and strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited college or university with a relevant degree.
• 1-3 years of experience in enterprise IT change management and release management.
• Experience creating performance metrics and continual improvement models.
• Experience with change control, root cause analysis, and corrective action methods.
• Ability to communicate complex ideas clearly across departments.

Responsibilities

• Serve as SME for IT Change Management and support framework enhancements.
• Execute IT Change Management policies and document artifacts.
• Coordinate with stakeholders and CAB meetings; maintain release schedules.
• Conduct release readiness, milestones, and go/no-go reviews.
• Monitor progress to ensure on-time delivery and minimize disruption.
