Job summary

Regions Bank is seeking a Change Management Analyst to plan and monitor smaller scale change initiatives and guide portions of larger projects with limited supervision. The role emphasizes delivering actionable deliverables and ensuring compliance with risk management and cybersecurity practices.

The ideal candidate has ITIL Change Enablement, ServiceNow experience and a background in IT operations or production support within regulated environments, with a preference for remote work from home

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field and five (5) years of related work experience
• OR High School Diploma or GED and nine (9) years of related work experience
• ITIL Change Enablement, ServiceNow, cloud technologies, cybersecurity knowledge preferred

Responsibilities

• Plan and monitor smaller scale change management projects and direct portions of larger projects with limited supervision
• Recommend and develop strategies for implementing changes; create and monitor deliverables
• Ensure compliance with risk management programs, rules, regulations, and cybersecurity practices
• Lead functional teams or projects and guide less experienced associates
