Job summary

MyComputerCareer is seeking an Enrollment Advisor to guide prospective students toward IT careers, with a focus on cybersecurity training. You will drive pipeline growth through consultative conversations, present MyCC programs, and help students complete enrollment steps.

This high-energy role requires resilient, goal-driven professionals who excel at objections and rapid trust-building. You will manage the enrollment funnel from the first contact to onboarding, coordinating funding documents

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; degree preferred.
• 2+ years in target-driven sales environments.
• Experience with high-volume outreach and pipeline velocity.
• Proficiency with CRM platforms (Salesforce preferred).

Responsibilities

• Drive consultative pipeline growth by articulating program value.
• Maintain high-volume outreach and advance candidates through funnel.
• Meet and exceed enrollment targets and KPIs.
• Lead engaging consultations and guide from initial contact to onboarding.
• Collaborate across teams to support retention and starts.
• Adapt to evolving priorities and perform related duties.
