Job summary

Quivera Enterprises LLC is seeking an experienced Business Analyst – Business Operations & Analysis, Intermediate to support Indian Affairs (IA) and Office of Information Technology (OIT) programs in Albuquerque, NM.

The position entails analyzing and documenting business needs, defining requirements, supporting modernization efforts, and coordinating with government stakeholders, project teams, and vendors to drive process improvements and informed decision-making.

Qualifications

• Minimum five years of experience providing business analysis services for federal IT investments.
• Experience applying business operations and analysis in integrated project environments.
• Ability to translate complex requirements into clear, actionable deliverables.
• Knowledge of IT modernization, PMO, and security considerations.

Responsibilities

• Elicit, analyze, validate, and manage requirements across business, functional, and technical domains.
• Develop current/future state process models and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Create user stories, test artifacts, and support documentation for assessments.
• Collaborate with government stakeholders, vendors, and project teams to drive modernization.
• Support privacy, security, and compliance documentation (PII, PTAs, PIAs).
• Maintain operational controls, governance records, and performance metrics.
