Job summary

Quivera Enterprises, a tribally owned contractor, seeks a Business Analyst – Associate to support Indian Affairs (IA) and Office of Information Technology (OIT) programs with federal clients and stakeholders. You will help develop requirements, process maps, and artifacts, and support IT modernization, asset management, and change management initiatives.

The role emphasizes gathering business needs, creating user stories, maintaining dashboards in Azure DevOps and Visio, and ensuring compliance

Qualifications

3+ years of experience providing business analysis or consulting for federal IT investments.
Experience assisting IT project or program management activities in line with federal laws and policies.
Knowledge of PMO operations, capital planning, strategic planning, and IT investment management.
Understanding of business process improvement and reengineering methodologies.
Familiarity with ITIL, change management, IT Asset Management, and IT service-request fulfillment.

Responsibilities

Gather, analyze, validate, document, and maintain business, functional, technical, and system requirements.
Map current-state, interim-state, and future-state processes and identify improvement opportunities.
Develop user stories, story maps, use cases, acceptance criteria, and backlogs.
Create and maintain models, diagrams, and artifacts using Visio and other tools.
Manage dashboards, requirements, and artifacts using Azure DevOps or similar tools.
Support testing, stakeholder interviews, requirements sessions, and knowledge-transfer activities.
Translate stakeholder needs into clearly documented requirements.
