Job summary

Quivera Enterprises LLC is seeking a Business Analyst – Quality Management, Intermediate to support Indian Affairs (IA) and Office of Information Technology (OIT) programs. Qualifications

• Five or more years of business analysis experience in federal IT investments.
• Ability to translate business needs into actionable requirements and acceptance criteria.
• Strong written and verbal communication, facilitation, and leadership skills.
• Experience supporting system testing, UAT, and quality assurance activities.
• Knowledge of PMO operations, IT investment management, and process improvement.

Responsibilities

• Elicit, analyze, validate, document, and manage business and technical requirements.
• Map current and future processes; recommend modernization, automation, and efficiency gains.
• Create user stories, use cases, acceptance criteria, and backlogs.
• Prepare documentation for NIST 800-53 control assessments; support privacy and security artifacts.
• Develop quality-management artifacts and support SDLC activities.
• Lead analytical activities, coordinate risks, milestones, and deliverables.
• Collaborate with government stakeholders, vendors, and contractors to translate needs into deliverables.
• Develop tests, test scripts, datasets, and acceptance criteria; support testing activities.
