Job summary

Quivera Enterprises LLC is seeking a Business Analyst – Associate to support Indian Affairs (IA) and Office of Information Technology (OIT) programs. The role involves business analysis, requirements development, process modernization, IT Asset Management, and change/configuration management in a federal setting.

You will work with government stakeholders, project managers, and technical staff to translate needs into documented requirements, user stories, and backlogs, while maintaining

Qualifications

• Minimum three years of experience providing business analysis or consulting for federal IT investments.
• Experience assisting IT project/program management in line with federal laws, policies, and procedures.
• Knowledge of PMO operations, capital planning, strategic planning, and IT investment management.
• Knowledge of business process improvement and business process reengineering methodologies.
• Familiarity with ITIL, change management, IT Asset Management, and IT service-request fulfillment.
• Experience with ITSM/ticketing systems, enterprise asset repositories, and Microsoft Intune or similar platforms.

Responsibilities

• Gather, analyze, validate, document, and maintain business, functional, technical, and system requirements.
• Map current/interim/future-state processes to identify improvements and modernization opportunities.
• Develop user stories, use cases, acceptance criteria, and prioritized backlogs.
• Create and maintain business and technical artifacts, diagrams, and glossaries.
• Manage and track artifacts using Azure DevOps and related tools.
• Support testing, stakeholder interviews, training, and knowledge transfer.
