Job summary

Rithum is seeking an Automation Engineer to design, build, and maintain automation scripts and workflows that streamline IT service delivery and provisioning. You will manage end-to-end automation across user and identity lifecycles, instrument with logging, and translate manual tasks into reliable automated solutions.

Leverage AI to accelerate development, troubleshoot failures, and draft technical docs, while collaborating with Service Desk, Infra, and InfoSec teams to reduce risk and improve

Qualifications

• 2+ years in IT systems administration or related technical role with automation scripting.
• Experience administering enterprise identity, collaboration, and productivity platforms.
• Ability to adapt automation, scripts, or workflows to resolve moderately complex issues.
• Experience using AI tools to improve productivity and automation quality.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain automation scripts and workflows to streamline IT service delivery and provisioning.
• Own automated workflows across user lifecycle, device provisioning, and identity lifecycle.
• Instrument automations with logging and alerts for auditable, measurable outcomes.
• Translate manual IT operations into automated, documented solutions.
• Use AI tools to accelerate development, troubleshoot, and draft documentation.
