Job summary

Rithum is a remote-first company looking for an Automation Engineer to design, build, and maintain automation scripts and workflows that streamline IT service delivery and endpoint provisioning.

You will administer end-user and identity platforms, collaborate with the Service Desk, Infra Engineering, and Information Security teams, and drive AI-enabled improvements while ensuring security and compliance across systems.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in IT systems administration or equivalent with automation scripting.
• Hands-on experience with identity/platform services (AD/Okta/Entra/Intune).
• Experience applying AI tools to automate tasks and improve processes.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain automation scripts and workflows.
• Automate user lifecycle, device provisioning, and identity tasks.
• Instrument automation with logging and auditing for measurable outcomes.
• Collaborate with Service Desk, Infra, and Security teams on automation.
• Create and maintain technical documentation and runbooks.
