Job summary

Rithum seeks an IT Automation Engineer to design, build, and maintain automation scripts and workflows. You’ll work on IT service delivery, endpoint provisioning, and identity lifecycle using Okta, Entra ID, Intune, and Jamf, with strong emphasis on AI-assisted development and secure, auditable processes.

You will collaborate with Service Desk, Infrastructure Engineering, and Security teams to reduce manual work, improve reliability, and scale automation across the organization while supporting

Qualifications

• 2+ years in IT systems administration or related technical role with automation scripting experience.
• Experience administering enterprise identity/courier platforms (Active Directory, Okta, Entra ID, M365).
• Experience using AI tools to enhance scripting, documentation and automation.
• Located in United States Central or Mountain time zone and able to work remote.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain automation scripts and workflows (PowerShell, Python, Bash) for IT service delivery and systems administration.
• Own automated workflows across user lifecycle, device provisioning, and identity lifecycle using Okta, Entra ID, Intune, Jamf and API/webhooks.
• Instrument automations with logging/alerting to make actions auditable and measurable.
• Translate manual IT operations into automated, documented solutions and adapt to evolving business needs.
• Use AI tools to accelerate development, troubleshoot failures, and draft technical documentation.
