Job summary

Rithum is seeking an IT Automation Engineer for the Business Technology team. You will design, build, and maintain automation scripts and end-to-end workflows, focusing on streamlining IT service delivery and endpoint provisioning.

You’ll work with Okta, Entra ID, Intune, Jamf, and other platforms, ensuring auditable processes and reliable automation. Ideal candidates have 2+ years in IT operations with automation scripting, and experience using AI tools to improve productivity.

Qualifications

2+ years in IT systems administration or service desk roles, with automation scripting experience.
Experience administering or supporting identity, collaboration, and productivity platforms (AD, Entra ID, Okta, MS 365, Slack, Zoom, Teams).
Experience adapting or troubleshooting automation/scripts/workflows to resolve technical issues.
Experience using AI tools to boost productivity in research, documentation, automation, and decision-making.

Responsibilities

Design, build, and maintain automation scripts and workflows (PowerShell, Python, Bash).
Own automated workflows across user lifecycles and device provisioning using existing platforms (Okta, Entra ID, Intune, Jamf).
Instrument automation with logging and alerting; ensure auditable actions and measurable outcomes.
Translate manual IT ops into reliable, documented, automated solutions; adapt scripts for new needs.
Use AI tools to accelerate script development and document technical solutions.
