Job summary

Quivera Enterprises, LLC is seeking an experienced Business Analyst – Quality Management, Intermediate to support IA and OIT programs. The role focuses on requirements, quality assurance, testing, and process improvement for modernization efforts under federal IT investments.

The BA will collaborate with government stakeholders, project managers, technical teams, security personnel, vendors, and other contractors to translate business needs into actionable deliverables and measurable acceptance

Qualifications

• Minimum of five years of business analysis supporting federal IT investments.
• Experience translating requirements into acceptance criteria and test data.
• Knowledge of quality assurance, UAT, and defect tracking processes.
• Familiarity with PMO, ITIL, and SDLC concepts.
• Ability to work with government stakeholders and vendors.

Responsibilities

• Elicit, analyze, validate, document, and manage requirements across domains.
• Develop user stories, acceptance criteria, and backlogs for delivery.
• Prepare documentation for NIST 800-53 control assessments.
• Support privacy, security, and data-PII considerations in projects.
• Lead test planning, execution, and traceability of results.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate needs into deliverables.
