Job summary

TuftsMedicine is seeking an IT Applications Support professional to design, implement, and optimize critical internal applications and systems infrastructure. You will work independently with minimal guidance and lead small to medium projects, ensuring timely delivery and excellent user support.

The role requires collaboration with end users, cross-functional teams, and occasional travel to Massachusetts for go-lives and upgrades, with an on-call rotation.

Qualifications

• High school diploma with 8 years relevant experience, or an associate degree with 6 years, or a bachelor's with 4 years.
• Experience implementing, optimizing, and supporting IT applications.
• Ability to lead small to medium projects with oversight.
• Excellent customer service and communication in a healthcare IT environment.

Responsibilities

• Develop detailed understanding of application functionality by working with senior staff.
• Collaborate with end users to understand and define requirements.
• Configure systems using available application tools and document builds.
• Provide input to implementation event plans and support during deployment events.
