Tufts Medicine is seeking a seasoned IT Applications professional to design, implement, and support internal applications and infrastructure. You will work with senior staff to tailor systems to business needs, document builds, and train users.

The role involves leading small to mid-size projects, collaborating with end users, and providing after-hours on-call support, with occasional travel to a healthcare site as needed.

Formación

• Eight+ years of relevant experience with HS diploma or equivalent OR six+ years with an Associate degree OR four+ years with a Bachelor’s degree.
• Experience designing, developing, implementing, and supporting IT applications in a healthcare environment.
• Ability to lead small to medium projects with oversight and engage with vendors.

Responsabilidades

• Develop understanding of application functionality with senior staff.
• Collaborate with end users to define requirements.
• Configure and build systems to meet requirements using application tools.
• Prepare system documentation and training materials.
• Provide after-hours on-call support and issue resolution.
• Lead select projects with oversight and ensure timely delivery.
