Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent and eight (8) years of relevant experience, or an Associate degree and six years, or a Bachelor's degree and four years.
• Ability to design, develop, implement, and support IT applications in a healthcare setting.
• Ability to lead small to medium projects with oversight and collaborate with end users.

Responsibilities

• Develop understanding of application functionality by working with senior staff and reviewing documentation.
• Collaborate with end users to define requirements.
• Tailor systems to meet requirements using available tools.
• Build, configure, and document custom builds.
• Develop test scenarios and execute testing.
• Research and resolve issues and provide input to implementation plans.
• Provide after-hours support during on-call rotations and coordinate with vendor staff.
• Help with vendor updates and cross-training for coverage.
