Job summary

Global Payments Inc. is seeking an energetic Outside Sales Representative to join our ISV Sales Team and drive payments opportunities with ISV partners and direct leads. You’ll travel to client sites, run in-person presentations, and close deals in a fast-paced environment.

The role requires a hunter mentality, strong communication skills, and the ability to work 75% in the field. A remote-friendly posture is supported within the United States, with occasional on-site meetings as needed.

Qualifications

• Hunter and closer mindset with proven prospecting and closing abilities.
• Strong communication and presentation skills for in-person and virtual interactions.
• Ability to work in the field up to 75% of the time.
• Professional demeanor with integrity and urgency.
• Experience with CRM tools (Salesforce or similar) a plus.

Responsibilities

• Convert leads to sales from ISV partners and self-sourced opportunities.
• Maintain and update client records in the CRM per policy.
• Achieve production requirements and secure first appointments to win deals.
• Build knowledge of partnerships, products, and ISV portfolio; stay up-to-date.
• Attend team meetings and one-on-one sessions with leadership.
