Job summary

Addison Group in San Francisco, CA is seeking an experienced IP Docketing Specialist to maintain IP records and track trademark deadlines within a remote or hybrid setup.

You will work closely with senior docketing staff, attorneys, and paralegals to support domestic and international trademark matters, requiring strong organizational skills and deadline discipline. WebTMS experience is highly preferred.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years of IP docketing experience, preferably in a legal environment.
• Strong knowledge of U.S. and international trademark procedures.
• Experience with electronic trademark databases and filing systems.
• WebTMS experience strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and update IP docketing databases, calendars, and records.
• Monitor trademark filing deadlines, renewals, and other critical dates.
• Assist with domestic and international trademark filings and related documentation.
• Research information through USPTO, TTAB, and other trademark office systems.
• Create and distribute docket reports for attorneys and paralegals.
